APTA IS HOSTING A DAY OF legislative advocacy on behalf of public transit and passenger rail Sept. 14 in Washington, DC. Industry voices are instrumental as Congress advances the FY24 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies (THUD) Appropriations bill and other critical legislation. Register today! 

The Fly-In is financed by the APTA Business Member Activity Fund and is free to all APTA members. The program includes: 

• An exclusive training day on how to communicate APTA key initiatives with Members of Congress and what to expect on the day of the Fly-In 

• Access to a mobile tool to access schedules and exclusive member information 

• In-person meetings with Members of Congress or their staff 

• Advocacy talking points and toolkits for meetings with Members of Congress 

• Networking opportunities with APTA peers 

• Guidance and support in continuing to build relationships with Members of Congress from home
